We are all the sum of our experiences, and since I'll be getting to know all about you, I'll share a few of mine. I am currently the President of International Coach Federation—New York City Chapter and Executive Producer of the popular prime-time television show Coach World TV. As a Professional Life Coach trained by the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching (IPEC), I am a Mentor Coach for both IPEC and EQMentor. As one half of Coaches on the Edge, our blogs have appeared nationally and internationally. I'm a published author (Working Woman magazine, Self magazine, Attitude Magazine, and Executive Female magazine), as well as an often-quoted Writer/Reviewer for Electronic Link Journey, an online travel and entertainment magazine. I am the creator and owner of Empowered Life Journeys and have used my coaching abilities to develop two specialty programs: The T.O.T.A.L. Package - working with health-conscious people to help them design a happier, more fulfilled life, and Kids in C.H.A.O.S. - Working with parents of children who are going through traumatic transitions. I will proudly tell you that I am my own best client. After creating The T.O.T.A.L. Package, I lost over 60 pounds, lowered my cholesterol to the point that I no longer have to take medication, put my blood pressure in the low-normal range, and I'm still going strong. Kids in C.H.A.O.S. came about after a childhood that included five states, 18 schools, and the deaths of a father and step-father. Today I spend my time coaching people who desire a healthier, happier life. I totally believe in the unlimited possibilities of every individual and want to share the empowerment of life coaching with as many people as possible. Life is a journey, not a destination.
